System Description:

Composed of a standalone cutting machine, the latter combines the cutting machine with a 304 rotating grille to form an automatic shredding grille, with mechanical seal and sealed oil chamber; Automatic coupling installation, all connecting accessories and anchor bolts: not less than stainless steel AISI304; The blade assembly must be designed with dual axis and capable of continuous operation under dry/wet conditions.

Material Description:

The cylinder body is reinforced with alkali free glass fiber untwisted yarn and its products, thermosetting resin as the matrix, and computer-controlled winding process to ensure uniform thickness and meet design requirements. The Babbitt hardness of the cylinder body reaches above 40Hba, compressive strength reaches 120MPa, circumferential tensile strength reaches 150MPa, and axial tensile strength reaches 60MPa. Finite element analysis of the shell FEA strength is conducted.

Maintenance method:

(1) Routine maintenance: Conduct quarterly inspections to check and understand the working condition of the host and system, and conduct annual inspections to determine the performance, functionality, and operational status of the system.

(2) At any time maintenance: After receiving the user's maintenance notice, on-site service will be provided to solve the problem within two hours. The integrated prefabricated pump station is unmanned.
